This month’s May Caregiver of the Month for the Park Ridge area is Maria Castaneda. Maria receives excellent feedback from her client as they have nothing but good things to say about her. She is extremely reliable and even works over 40 hours each week to make sure her client is well cared for.
About Maria
Maria has been a caregiver for 2 years and CNA for 3 years. She started while caring for her grandmother before she passed away from cancer. But this encouraged her to help others who were struggling with similar situations. Maria’s favorite part of being a caregiver is the stories she hears and learns about her clients.
In her free time, Maria, likes to do cosmetics such as make up and nails as well as spend time with her pets. Maria is a huge animal person; one day she hopes to pursue her own grooming business that includes dog walking and boarding. Congratulations Maria on being our May Caregiver of the Month!
