Assisting Hands Home Care of Preston Hollow has qualified for two of the Best of Home Care Awards in 2020. We earned our awards based on caregiver and client satisfaction ratings, which show that we provide expertise, professionalism, and quality to our clients. These certifications are recognitions of our dedication to offering excellent home care services.
Provider of Choice
Our first award is the Provider of Choice award and it is awarded based on client satisfaction ratings. Home Care Pulse, an independent research satisfaction firm, collects these ratings from telephone interviews. This ensures that the awarded home care agency is trustworthy and provides quality care to its client base.
In order to qualify, our home care agency had to perform better than nearby agencies in their region in terms of client satisfaction. We also had to have at least 10% of our current clients be interviewed by Home Care Pulse every month and be certified as a trusted provider for Home Care Pulse for six consecutive months.
Employer of Choice
Our second award is the Employer of Choice award and it is awarded based on caregiver satisfaction ratings. Similarly to the previous award, Home Care Pulse collects the ratings from phone interviews. This assures that the awarded home care agency provides the best caregiver satisfaction and our caregivers will be happy to serve.
To qualify, our home care agency must outperform other home care agencies in the nearby region in terms of caregiver satisfaction. We also have to be certified as a trusted provider for Home Care Pulse for six consecutive months and have 10% of our clients be interviews by Home Care Pulse each month.
